These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the waitlist at ramie.io (the “Site”), operated by Groou Ventures SL (“Groou,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (VAT ID: ESB75845206), registered at Calle de Clara del Rey, 69, Bajo B, 28002 Madrid, Spain. By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.
1. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee you access to Ramie, and doesn’t create any obligation for us to admit you by any particular date. We may invite waitlist members in any order we choose. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit an email address you’re not authorized to use, or to use the Site for anything illegal or disruptive (e.g., automated or bulk signups).
3. No fees
Joining the waitlist is free.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, and branding belong to Groou Ventures SL or our licensors. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to them.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groou Ventures SL isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country of residence.
8. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Groou Ventures SL regarding the waitlist. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
