Groou Ventures SL (VAT ID: ESB75845206), registered at Calle de Clara del Rey, 69, Bajo B, 28002 Madrid, Spain, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

• Email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Signup timestamp and the page you signed up from.
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser/device type, request timestamps) collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

3. Why we process it, and our legal basis

We use your email address to let you know when Ramie becomes available, and for related updates about early access. This processing relies on your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form.

4. Who we share it with

We use Supabase (hosted in the EU, Frankfurt) to store the waitlist, and Vercel to host this website. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone else.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until Ramie launches or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

6. Cookies

This Site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If GDPR (or an equivalent framework) applies to you, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or withdraw consent, at any time — email hello@groou.xyz. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

8. Children’s privacy

This Site is not directed at anyone under 14 years old, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.
